Just a heads-up, Pioneers!  We all come back to school this coming WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 2.  Thanks to all who made 2007 such an awesome year for their beloved Pioneers, and here's to a brilliant and successful 2008!  Auld lang syne, indeed!

Get a jump-start on your college education!  The following courses are now available for high school students during Marshall University's Spring 2008 semester:

CJ 200: Intro to Criminal Justice
ENG 101: English Composition I
ENG 102: English Composition II
GEO 100: Intro to Cultural Geography
HST 102: World & West 1300-1850
HST 103: The World Since 1850
HST 230: American History to 1877
IST 160: Intro to Programming
IST 163: Programming Practicum
IST 264: Hardware Technology
MTH 121: Concepts and Application
MTH 123: Selected Tps. College Algebra
MTH 130: College Algebra
MTH 225: Introductory Statistics
PSY: 201: General Psychology

The following courses are available via Marshall Community & Technical College:

IT 101: Fundamentals of Computers
IT 107: Fundamentals of the Internet
MAT 150: Applied Professional Mathematics
PLT 100: Intro to Public Libraries

Please note that MCTC courses may not have the same transfer value as Marshall University courses. 

Spring courses begin January 14, 2008.  The registration deadline for NEW students is January 4, 2008.  The deadline for admitted MU students in January 11, 2008.  all paperwork and tuition must be received by or preferably before the deadline dates.  Dual credit students are admitted to MU, so their deadline is January 11.  Need more information?  Please vist http://www.marshall.edu/occhs.
