Singers Needed
Wayne Singers need people!  They need people who can SING!  Always been told you have a lovely voice?  Do people come closer to you when you hum, rather than throw things at you to get you to stop?  We can't hear you when you sing in your car or the shower, so get out of the shower and down to Mr. Glover's room!  Wayne Singers is in DIRE NEED of basses, tenors and altos.  Stop by the choir room TODAY to talk to Mr. Glover!

Softball Meeting and Practice Information
Spring is almost here, and if there's one thing our Pioneers love about springtime, it's baseball and softball season! The Wayne Softball Boosters will have a meeting this WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 20, at 4:15 PM on the softball field.  All players are encouraged to request that their families attend.  Softball practice will begin MONDAY, FEBRUARY 25, at 3:30 PM.  Physicals must be turned in by FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 22.  Need a physical? See Lynn Booth in the WHS Health Center.  No physical on file may keep you off the field until you get one turned in, so if you need one, see Lynn in the Health Center TODAY! Got great game footage?  Forward it to the webmaster!

Sweetheart Dance This Saturday
Wayne High School will hold its annual Sweetheart Dance this Saturday, February 16.  Looking for an alternative to that same boring box of chocolates and bunch of wilting flowers?  Ask your sweetie to the dance!  Cost is $3.00 for singles and $5.00 for couples and runs 7:30-10:30 PM.  Love is in the air!  Don't disappoint some lucky guy or girl by sitting down every dance or, worse, staying home!  Ask your sweetie to one of the most romantic occasions of the school year!  See you at the dance!
